Director of Talent Acquisition - US Staffing Process - Hybrid shift

Please note - This is an onsite role in our Noida office with Hybrid or EST shift hours.US Tech Solutions is seeking an innovative Director of Talent Acquisition with AI first mindset to lead hiring for our India operations. This leader will build and execute the talent strategy for the teams that support our US staffing business, with particular focus on attracting proven, high-performing professionals in a competitive market. The role will require implementation and adoption of AI driven recruitment process to build an innovative TA process. The role covers hiring across US staffing recruiters, team leads, recruitment managers, sales professionals, account managers, senior recruitment leaders, and VP-level roles. You will lead the India TA team, build a strong network of industry talent, and take full accountability for hiring quality, speed, and outcomes.Key responsibilitiesOwn the talent acquisition strategy and delivery for US Tech Solutions’ hiring needs across India.Lead, coach, and develop the TA team, establishing clear priorities, ownership, and performance standards.Partner with business leaders to understand growth plans, define role requirements, and build hiring plans ahead of demand.Proactively map high-performing talent across the offshore US staffing industry, including recruiters, delivery leaders, sales professionals, and account managers.Build lasting relationships with prospective candidates, including senior leaders who may not be actively looking for a new role.Develop sourcing and assessment approaches that identify proven performers, leadership potential, and fit for our business.Run a disciplined hiring process, from intake and market mapping through assessment, offer, and joining.Use data to manage the funnel, diagnose bottlenecks, improve conversion, and provide business leaders with clear forecasts and progress updates.Build a strong candidate experience and represent US Tech Solutions credibly within the industry.Take direct ownership of critical and senior searches while ensuring the team delivers consistently across all open roles.QualificationsMinimum 10+ years of experience hiring high volume US staffing process resources across roles.Extensive talent acquisition experience in India, with deep knowledge of companies providing offshore recruiting, sales, and account support to the US staffing market.A strong track record of hiring high-performing US staffing recruiters and leaders, as well as commercial talent for the staffing business.Should be highly metrics driven including documenting all the details in our ATS and holding teams accountable to goals and targets.Experience building and leading a TA team and delivering against ambitious hiring plans.An established network and stellar reputation within the India-based US staffing industry.Demonstrated ability to identify talent proactively, build candidate relationships over time, and close sought-after professionals.Strong command of recruiting processes, funnel metrics, workforce planning, and hiring quality measures.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and assess candidates with sound judgment.A leadership style grounded in accountability, coaching, and continuous improvement.What success looks likeYou build a reliable pipeline of premium talent before positions open, strengthen the quality of hires across our India organization, and give business leaders confidence that critical roles will be filled.
