This role is pivotal in ensuring our staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to execute their jobs safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be an RN or NP with a proven track record in training and development within the healthcare sector, and possess relevant experience training in ACLS, PALS, ALS, or ATLS. This role requires at least 5+ years of experience in a similar leadership position.Responsibilities:1. Develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive training and certification program for all staff, focusing on safety procedures, equipment usage, and industry best practices.2. Conduct regular training needs assessments and address any gaps in employees' skills or knowledge.3. Oversee the certification process for all staff, ensuring they meet the necessary industry and company requirements.4. Collaborate with management to identify and address any organizational training needs.5. Create and implement strategies to improve the quality and delivery of training programs.6. Provide advice and guidance to staff regarding their professional development and certification pathways.7. Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and regulations to ensure training materials are current and relevant.8. Develop and manage the training budget, ensuring resources are used efficiently.9. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.10. Build and maintain relationships with external training providers and certification bodies.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in nursing2. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar leadership position.3. Certifications and experience in training ACLS, PALS, ALS, and ATLS4. Proven experience in developing and implementing successful training programs.5. Excellent leadership and team management skills.6. Strong communication and presentation skills.7. Proficient in using various training tools.8. Excellent organizational and time management skills.9. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.10.
