Apply & track with Apply EdgeTraining Director - Job DescriptionTri-Tech Forensics, Inc. is seeking a full-time Training Director to manage and grow our forensic training program. This role oversees course scheduling, instructor coordination, student registration, financial performance, compliance, recordkeeping, and marketing support for in-person and virtual training.Responsibilities:- Plan and schedule open-enrollment, contract, and webinar training courses.- Serve as the primary contact for students, instructors, host agencies, and organizations interested in training.- Recruit, schedule, and support instructors while maintaining required documentation.- Coordinate IAI/FCMB course approvals and maintain accurate course records.- Prepare course budgets, tuition pricing, minimum enrollment requirements, and profit and loss statements.- Coordinate training locations, contracts, registration, billing, travel, lodging, course supplies, and certificates.- Supervise training-office personnel and ensure student, payment, and course records are complete and accurate.- Work with Marketing to promote courses, instructors, webinars, discounts, and industry events.- Serve as the company's in-house crime scene supplies product expert and support the sales team with product questions, recommendations, and technical information.- Work with vendors, stay current on industry developments, and identify new products to strengthen and expand the company's crime scene product offerings.- Prepare required monthly, quarterly, and fiscal year-end reports and attend selected trade shows or conferences.- Identify opportunities to expand or improve course offerings based on customer and industry needs.- Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:- Strong organizational, communication, budgeting, and project-management skills.- Ability to manage multiple courses, deadlines, instructors, and agency relationships.- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with registration or webinar platforms is preferred.- Experience in training administration, event coordination, education, forensic science, or a related field is preferred.- Ability to travel periodically for conferences and training-related activities.Work Environment:· This is a full-time, salaried position with a standard schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Preference will be given to candidates who are able to work on-site at our Leland, North Carolina facility.· This position reports to the Director of Distributed Products Tri-Tech Forensics, INC. offers a benefit package that includes 401K, medical, dental, optical and other insurance options.· Tri-Tech Forensics, INC. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
