Position Title: Director of Visual MerchandisingEmployment Type: Full TimeSalary: depending on experience and qualificationsJob Location: Salmiya, KuwaitAbout the Hiring Company: A proud Retail brand in Kuwait, well known within GCC for its growing portfolio of elegant women's fashion.Job Description:Lead, mentor, and develop the Visual Merchandising team (regional and in-store VM managers).Direct visual merchandising planning for new store openings and refurbishments.Ensure new concepts reflect the Group’s evolving brand identity.Source and negotiate with suppliers for props, fixtures, and materials.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, Design, or a related field.Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in retail visual merchandising.At least 4 years’ experience in a Director/C-level leadership role.Strong commercial visual merchandising portfolio with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, or similar design tools.
