Director of Volunteer Management/ Social Cohesion/Community Engagement - UAE National

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and strategic UAE National to lead and drive initiatives that strengthen volunteerism, social cohesion and community engagement.The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in developing strategies, programms and partnerships that empower communities, promote active participation and create meaningful social impact.Key Responsibilities:Lead the development and implementation of strategies and initiatives related to volunteer management, social cohesion and community engagement.Develop frameworks and programmes that encourage community participation and promote a strong culture of volunteerism.Build and manage strategic partnerships with government entities, private-sector organisations, non-profit organisations and community stakeholders.Lead the design and delivery of impactful community initiatives and programmes aligned with organisational and national priorities.• Oversee volunteer engagement, development and recognition initiatives.Monitor programme performance and social impact through relevant KPIs and reporting mechanisms.Lead and develop high-performing teams and ensure the effective delivery of strategic objectives.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a Master’s degree is an advantage.Significant leadership experience in Volunteer Management, Community Engagement, Social Development, CSR, Social Cohesion or related fields.Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing community-focused strategies and large-scale initiatives.Strong stakeholder management and partnership-building capabilities.Excellent strategic thinking, leadership and communication skills.If you are passionate about creating meaningful community impact and leading initiatives that bring people together, we would like to hear from you.
