About the job: Lead the execution and tracking of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and priorities.Drive the development and monitoring of Balanced Scorecards, KPIs, and performance reporting frameworks.Act as a central coordination point across functions to drive execution and provide visibility on progress, risks, and outcomes.Develop and implement corporate culture and employee engagement strategies across the organization.Lead leadership forums, engagement programs, team-building initiatives, and company-wide events.Support senior leadership through performance reporting, governance reviews, and strategic decision-making.Drive continuous improvement across operational processes, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.Manage departmental OPEX budgets, financial planning, and cost optimization initiatives.Use performance data, employee feedback, and engagement insights to improve organizational effectiveness.Promote accountability and alignment across teams while influencing stakeholders at all levels About you:A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Prior experience within the real estate sector or other large, complex organizations is highly desirable. 10-12+ years of experience in strategic operations, business operations, transformation, or organisational performance, including leadership experience.Proven success driving enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and translating business objectives into measurable outcomes.Strong experience in performance management, KPIs, Balanced Scorecards, governance, and executive reporting.Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders across a complex organisation.Experience developing and implementing employee engagement, culture, and organisational effectiveness programs.Strong commercial and financial acumen, including budget planning, cost management, and operational improvement initiatives.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills, with a strong executive presence.About the Benefits: At Dubai Holding, we're committed to nurturing the success and well-being of our colleagues.
