Role - Director of Operations (Emirati Talent)Location - DubaiSalary - AED 65,000 to 68,000Lead the execution and tracking of enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, ensuring milestones, dependencies and deliverables remain aligned with business priorities.Drive the development, implementation and ongoing monitoring of the organization’s Balanced Scorecard, translating strategic objectives into measurable KPIs and targets, and providing senior leadership with clear insights on performance, gaps, risks and required actions.Act as a central coordination point across functions to drive execution of strategic priorities and provide senior leadership with clear visibility on progress, risks and key decisions.Develop and embed the annual corporate culture strategy, ensuring initiatives are aligned with business objectives, values and desired employee experience.Lead flagship employee engagement and leadership initiatives, including leadership forums, engagement sessions, team building and company-wide programmes.Partner with Department Heads and Line Managers to identify execution challenges, proactively resolve issues and minimize escalations.Drive continuous improvement across operational processes, internal coordination and communication.Lead the annual OPEX budgeting process for the function and ensure disciplined financial management, tracking and optimisation.Use employee engagement data, feedback and performance insights to continuously refine initiatives and improve organisational effectiveness.Support senior leadership in translating strategic priorities into clear actions, accountability and measurable outcomes across the organisation.Interested candidates can share their CV at srividhya@hirerightt.com
