Location: Dubai, UAEJob PurposeThe job holder will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, and a cohesive corporate culture across the organization.

The role leads the execution of key internal initiatives, manages cross-functional coordination for strategic milestones, and oversees employee engagement programs to strengthen organizational performance in alignment with business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the execution and tracking of enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, ensuring milestones, dependencies and deliverables remain aligned with business priorities.Drive the development, implementation and ongoing monitoring of the organization's Balanced Scorecard, translating strategic objectives into measurable KPIs and targets, and providing senior leadership with clear insights on performance, gaps, risks and required actions.Act as a central coordination point across functions to drive execution of strategic priorities and provide senior leadership with clear visibility on progress, risks and key decisions.Develop and embed the annual corporate culture strategy, ensuring initiatives are aligned with the business objectives, values and desired employee experience.Lead flagship employee engagement and leadership initiatives, including leadership forums,engagement sessions, team building and company-wide programs.Partner with Department Heads and Line Managers to identify execution challenges, proactively resolve issues and minimize escalations.Drive continuous improvement across operational processes, internal coordination and communication.Lead the annual OPEX budgeting process for the function and ensure disciplined financial management, tracking and optimization.Use employee engagement data, feedback and performance insights to continuously refine initiatives and improve organizational effectiveness.Support senior leadership in translating strategic priorities into clear actions, accountability and measurable outcomes across the organization.Qualifications, Experiences, SkillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)Minimum of 10–12 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a senior operations or strategic execution role.Proven experience in corporate communications, employee engagement, budget management, and cross-functional leadership.
