Crystal Holding offers opportunities to work on diverse, high-end projects within a growing, multidisciplinary organization.Role Description The Director Planning Control is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo. This position oversees planning, budgeting, and performance control across CrystalADC, ensuring projects and operations align with strategic and financial targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and maintaining planning frameworks, preparing and monitoring budgets, analyzing variances, and providing clear reports and recommendations to senior leadership. The Director coordinates with project managers and department heads to track timelines, resources, and costs, while implementing controls that improve efficiency and reduce risk. The role also includes leading and mentoring a planning and control team, standardizing processes, and supporting decision-making for new investments and ongoing projects.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret financial and operational data for decision-making.Candidates should possess solid Budgeting skills, including creating, monitoring, and optimizing budgets across multiple projects and business units.Candidates should possess effective Project Management skills, with experience in planning, scheduling, and controlling project scope, timelines, and resources.Candidates should possess proven Team Management skills, including leading cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration.Relevant experience in planning, controlling, or finance within interior design, construction, or related industries is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, CMA) is an advantage.Strong proficiency in planning and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Primavera P6 , project management software) and clear communication skills in English.Ability to work on-site in New Cairo and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
