Director - Procurement - Residential - Saudi Nationals

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Director to lead procurement operations across our residential projects portfolio. This leadership role requires strategic oversight of procurement activities, focusing on delivering high-quality materials and services while optimizing cost and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and manage procurement strategies aligned with the company's residential project goalsOversee procurement planning, sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship managementCollaborate closely with project teams and other departments to forecast procurement needs and ensure timely deliveryDrive continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes to enhance efficiency, reduce risk, and maximize valueMaintain compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, including sustainability and local content requirementsLead and mentor the procurement team to achieve operational excellence and foster professional growthMonitor market trends, supplier performance, and industry innovations to capitalize on new opportunitiesPrepare and present procurement reports and metrics for senior management and stakeholdersPromote ethical sourcing and corporate social responsibility throughout procurement activitiesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related disciplines; Master's degree preferredMinimum 10-15 years of progressive procurement experience, preferably in large-scale residential construction or real estate projectsDemonstrated expertise in procurement strategy development and executionStrong negotiation skills and experience managing complex supplier contractsExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilitiesProficiency with procurement software and data analytics toolsKnowledge of local content regulations and sustainability initiatives is a plusFluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
