Rare greenfield ownership with immediate, measurable impact.What You'll Own:Governance for all active advisory/delivery engagements — from SOW intake through delivery to financial closeThe sales-to-delivery handoff: turning scope, deliverables, and fees into a real project plan before kickoffBudget, P&L, and margin for every project — flagging scope creep and variances earlyUtilization and resource/capacity planning to drive staffing and hiring decisionsPartnering with Finance on accurate services revenue recognition and change-order managementBuilding the PMO playbook and reporting project health, financials, and risk to leadership and the Board via dashboardsWhat They're Looking For:7+ years in program/project management or PMO within professional services, consulting, or technical deliveryHands-on ownership of project budgets, P&L, and margin — not just tasks and timelinesWorking knowledge of services revenue recognition and tight partnership with FinanceExperience operationalizing SOWs, managing change orders, and tracking utilizationBuilt or standardized PMO processes, templates, or playbooksPSA tools (OpenAir, Kantata/Mavenlink, Smartsheet, or similar) + strong Excel/BIComfortable presenting to executive leadership and the BoardNice to have:Cybersecurity, IT services, or VAR/MSP/MSSP background; PMP/PgMP; experience standing up a PMO at a PE-backed company.
