Director, Program Strategy (HR)

We are looking for a Director of Program Strategy to lead the HR strategy and transformation agenda. You will set direction for high-priority people programs, connect executive vision to execution, and drive HR outcomes across the organization.What you will do:Own the HR strategy and transformation program portfolio from design to deliveryTranslate the people strategy into clear, executable roadmaps and governanceSet priorities and align HR functions with business leadershipDirect measurable outcomes across talent, workforce, and organizational effectivenessAdvise and report to executive leadership on program value and benefitsWhat you bring:10 or more years in HR, including HR strategy or transformation program leadershipProven experience directing initiatives such as operating model redesign, workforce planning, or HR digitizationStrong strategic thinking, executive stakeholder management, and leadership skillsDeep grounding in core HR domains (talent, organizational design, total rewards, or workforce planning)Certification such as SHRM-SCP, CIPD Level 7, PgMP, or MSP is preferred
