PROJECT CONTROLS DIRECTORLocation: Riyadh, KSA | Sector: Construction / EPC / Giga ProjectsProvide executive leadership of Project Controls, integrating planning, cost, risk, change, progress and performance to ensure predictable project delivery and protection of time, cost and commercial objectives.Key AccountabilitiesLead the Project Controls strategy, governance and team across multi billion $ major projects/programmes.Own baseline, critical path, cost plan, forecasting and performance management.Drive integrated planning, cost control, progress measurement, risk and change management.Provide accurate EAC/ETC, cash flow, productivity and schedule forecasts.Identify emerging deviations and lead recovery and mitigation strategies.Oversee project controls across subcontractors, procurement, engineering, construction and commissioning.Lead controls input into change, delay, disruption and commercial assessments.Provide concise, forward-looking executive reporting and performance intelligence to senior management and Client/PMC stakeholders.Build and lead a high-performing, multidisciplinary project controls organisation.Profile18+ years in project controls with a Tier-1 contractor, EPC or major programme environment.Proven leadership on large-scale GCC / Saudi construction, infrastructure or giga-projects.Strong expertise in Primavera P6, cost management, forecasting, risk, change and performance analytics.Engineering / Construction / Project Management degree; PMP, AACE, PMI-SP or equivalent advantageous.Exceptional commercial acumen, executive communication, stakeholder management and leadership capability.SuccessPredictable delivery | Credible forecasts | Early risk visibility | Disciplined change | Performance accountability
