We're looking for a Director of Project Management to own end-to-end delivery of EV infrastructure projects across the region.This isn't a back-office role. You'll sit at the intersection of strategy, operations, and growth — accountable for P&L, client relationships, and building teams that scale.💼 What You'll Own▸ Lead PM teams to hit financial & operational targets every quarter▸ Own project profitability from presales pricing to post-delivery closure▸ Build and maintain strategic relationships with Etisalat & enterprise clients▸ Direct full project lifecycle: surveying, acquisition, implementation, H&S▸ Design short & long-term execution plans within budget▸ Manage workforce utilization across all projects & regions▸ Drive innovation, culture, and continuous improvement within the PM function🎯 The Profile We're Hunting✅ Bachelor's in Telecom/IT/Computer Science Engineering ✅ MBA✅ 10–12 years in project management leadership — telecom, infrastructure, or utility sector preferred✅ P&L ownership experience (multi-million AED/USD projects)✅ Proven ability to manage strategic customer relationships✅ Background in EV/electrical infrastructure is a strong plus✅ Fluent in Arabic & English (spoken & written)💰 CompensationAED 20,000 – 25,000 per month🌟 Why Charge & Go
