Director-Projects Delivery Emirati

Talents Tide is seeking an experienced Emirati Director – Projects on behalf of a leading Dubai-based organization.We are looking for a senior projects and construction professional with a strong background in civil engineering, real estate development, construction and large-scale project delivery to lead the planning and execution of major projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end delivery of major real estate, construction and infrastructure projects from planning and design through completion.Develop project strategies, budgets, timelines and delivery plans aligned with organizational objectives.Oversee consultants, contractors, project management teams and other key stakeholders.Ensure projects are delivered within approved scope, budget, schedule and quality standards.Monitor project performance, identify risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.Review designs, construction progress, technical submissions and project milestones.Manage contracts, procurement processes, variations, claims and commercial matters in coordination with relevant teams.Establish effective governance, reporting and project controls across the portfolio.Lead and develop multidisciplinary project teams and ensure effective stakeholder coordination.Provide senior management with regular updates on project progress, risks, financial performance and key decisions.Drive continuous improvement, innovation and best practices across project delivery.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a related discipline.Extensive senior-level experience in project management, construction and/or real estate development.Strong track record delivering large-scale and complex projects in the UAE or wider GCC.Strong knowledge of construction, project controls, contracts, cost management and risk management.Experience managing consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary teams.Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.UAE/GCC experience is highly preferred.Must be a UAENLocation: Dubai, UAEInterested candidates with relevant experience are invited to share their CV with Talents Tide for consideration.
