Director - Quality Assurance (DEL 1)

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced Assurance Director to oversee and elevate both the quality management systems and assurance of those systems across our Entertainment projects. This leadership role involves developing strategic quality assurance plans, ensuring compliance with company industry standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to support Qiddiya's mission of delivering world-class experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive quality assurance and compliance strategies across multiple projects and operational areas, while aligning with corporate strategies. Lead and mentor the quality assurance team to maintain high standards and foster a culture of quality excellenceEstablish quality metrics, audit processes, and performance indicators to monitor compliance and effectivenessDevelop and own the annual assurance program Establish and maintain a Compliance Framework across the Business Unit and within projectsCollaborate with project managers, department heads, and external partners to ensure quality objectives are integrated into all stages of project deliveryConduct regular audits and assessments to identify risks, non-conformities, and areas for improvementPrepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on quality performance, challenges, and recommendationsPrepare detailed compliance reports and briefings for senior managementAct as point of contact for all Compliance issuesEnsure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practicesDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce defects, and optimize customer satisfactionStay updated with emerging trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes impacting quality assuranceRequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline; Master's degree preferredMinimum of 15 years' experience in quality assurance roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacityProven expertise in developing and implementing quality management systems in large-scale projects or organizationsStrong knowledge of international quality standards such as ISO 9001 and relevant regulatory frameworksPrevious experience with internal and external compliance frameworks in large-scale projects or organizationsExcellent leadership and team management skillsOutstanding analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitiesEffective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse stakeholdersExperience with audit processes and corrective action implementationCertifications such as ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence or equivalent are advantageous
