Director Recruiting

Our client, a growing professional services company, is looking for an experienced recruiter to establish a best in class recruiting experience for candidates and their internal business customers.This position is an in-office role and is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves to have a blend between leadership level recruiting strategy and day-to-day tactical recruiting execution. Reporting Directly to the CEO this position will be a critical part of the leadership team working to shape the future of this growing organization. Candidates must be comfortable and experienced working directly with C-Suite teams to create and cultivate relevant talent pipelines.

Requirements

10 or more years professional services recruiting experience in accounting, finance, banking, or consulting servicesExperience driving recruitment process both directly and in close partnership with trusted agenciesPassion for connecting recruiting activities to both short term results and long-term impactExperience influencing key stakeholders across varying levels of a business to engage in recruitment best practicesBlend of agency and corporate recruiting experience a bonusSalary listed below is a broad range due to potential geographic differences. In addition to the listed base salary a lucrative bonus potential is also available and guaranteed in your first year of employment.
