The Enterprise Technology Financial Planning and Analysis team provides oversight and support for JPMC’s Corporate Enterprise Technology Group, a $3.9B, 13,000 heads, organization that partners with all business lines in Enterprise Technology. The group has additional financial oversight of the Global Technology Organization, $8.9B, 44,000 heads, where we partner with the other Lines of Business to deliver consolidated global reporting and analysis across the Firm. The Financial Planning and Analysis manager oversees the reporting needs of Enterprise Technology Senior Management, Business Management and the CFO for Global Technology. The role has a high level of interaction with the Technology CFO, other Planning and Analysis teams within Technology, as well as Corporate Planning and Analysis teams. The candidate must be able to manage small teams, organize and deliver monthly and ad hoc requests, and quickly define views that prompt decisions by Senior Management. The role demands superior analytical skills, presentation skills, technical abilities and flexibility. The candidate should have extensive experience in providing monthly financial analysis that highlights key drivers and dependencies impacting results and the overall health of the organization. The candidate should also have experience managing small high performing teams and developing junior resources, a good working knowledge of financial systems, and processes, as well as experience managing extremely large data sets and using aggregation tools to consolidate data into meaningful reporting views. Candidate should have familiarity with streamlining reporting processes to minimize delivery timelines. Responsibilities will include the oversight of monthly corporate deliverables, analysis of centrally produced financial/management reporting (actual and budget) for Enterprise Technology, assisting in annual budgeting and strategic planning, designing, establishing and maintaining an efficient and effective infrastructure to support delivery of management information, and oversight and assistance in ad hoc projects. Key Responsibilities: Partner with the various Enterprise Technology and LOB Tech Finance and Business Manager Lead teams to provide transparency and insight to technology expense, delivery schedule, efficiency programs, and resource agenda Ensure processes are in place to provide the proper level of transparency on expenses with a focus on key drivers Continuous review of processes with the goal of providing timely and accurate Management Reporting Provide monthly financial reporting and analytics for Enterprise Technology CFO. Partner with Corporate Reporting and other Planning & Analysis teams within Technology on monthly reporting and analysis Analyze full suite of centrally produced financial reports – monthly, quarterly and annual actual/forecast/plan – ensure reports are produced accurately and timely. Consolidation and review of Enterprise Technology planning and forecasting processes. Work with Corporate and the other Enterprise Technology P&A teams. Manage completion of monthly corporate deliverables, including interaction with Finance teams to provide commentary and walk forwards of monthly expense trends, movements and risks. Reporting of the monthly Consent, Enteprise Wide Programs and other Regulatory expenses (P&L and Cash Views) Qualifications Minimum 4-7 years Financial Reporting experience (preferably Technology Finance) Bachelors degree in Finance/Accounting Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint Superior analytical abilities Clear communication skills, and the ability to articulate complex issues concisely Excellent organization skills Leadership, relationship-building and influencing skills to drive agenda’s across a number of functions Excellent multi-tasking and prioritizing skills Strong Leadership skills Excellent presentation skills Hyperion Essbase and SAPCO tool knowledge is a plus JPMorgan Chase offers an exceptional benefits program and a highly competitive compensation package.
