With a global customer base, an experienced team and at-scale manufacturing facilities, we are creating an impact with our customers.We are hiring a Director, SAP & Systems Integration to own SAP and connected plant systems for our different sites.About the RoleYou will set the systems agenda for our Singapore and Malaysia sites: what to build over the next few years, in what order, and to what standard. You will take SAP from design through go-live into steady operations, keep it connected to warehouse and shop-floor systems, and work with Finance on manufacturing costing.This is a site-based Director role with real ownership, not a remote PMO seat.ResponsibilitiesOwn the SAP and plant-systems roadmap for regional manufacturing sites, including priorities, resourcing, and risk.Lead SAP implementation quality through blueprint, configuration, testing, go-live, and hypercare.Keep SAP stable and connected to warehouse and shop-floor systems (WMS / EWM / MES).Work with Finance to strengthen manufacturing costing in SAP (CO).Put in place practical master-data ownership for materials, vendors, and customers.Advise site leadership on annual systems investment and sequencing.RequirementsDirector or senior manager who has owned SAP in a manufacturing environment.At least one full-cycle SAP implementation (blueprint through go-live and hypercare); S/4HANA preferred.Solid FICO / manufacturing costing (cost centers, activity types, material ledger).Hands-on integration between SAP and warehouse or shop-floor systems.Discrete manufacturing background; multi-SKU, small-batch plants preferred (semiconductor equipment, precision machining, or electronics assembly).Strong English for plant, finance, and vendor work in Singapore and Malaysia.Based in Singapore, regular travel to Malaysia sites.
