Director - School Transport Mobilization (UAE National)

About Position:A leading transportation organization in the UAE is seeking an experienced and highly accomplished Director – School Transport Mobilization to lead the end-to-end mobilization and operational readiness of large-scale school transportation operations.This is a senior leadership opportunity for a proven transportation executive with strong experience in School Transport, Mobilization, Operational Readiness, Fleet Deployment, Workforce Planning, and large-scale Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end mobilization of large-scale School Transport operations from planning through successful Go-Live.
• Develop and execute comprehensive mobilization strategies, timelines, readiness plans, and transition activities.
• Ensure the readiness of fleet, drivers, supervisors, routes, stations, technology, safety, and operational support functions.
• Lead large-scale fleet and workforce deployment in line with operational requirements.
• Coordinate with schools, government entities, clients, and key internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify operational and mobilization risks and implement effective mitigation and contingency plans.
• Establish and monitor operational readiness KPIs and ensure a smooth transition into steady-state operations.
• Drive safety, service quality, compliance, operational excellence, and customer experience.
