We’re looking for a strong operational leader with a proven track record of leading teams, driving performance, and creating a clear direction across an FMCG manufacturing environment.You’ll take overall responsibility for the site, leading the SLT, developing people and creating a culture of accountability and high performance. You’ll need a strong leadership presence, commercial awareness, confidence to make decisions, and have difficult conversations when required.The site is going through a significant period of transformation - this is an opportunity for someone to make a genuine impact. We’re looking for someone with experience operating within a complex, fast paced manufacturing environment and the ability to lead effectively through change.This is an opportunity to make your mark on a site with significant investment ahead.
