This role is focused on protecting long-term asset value while supporting high service standards, operational effectiveness, and commercial performance across a broad portfolio.ResponsibilitiesLead portfolio-level management of social assets to ensure readiness, service quality, lifecycle performance, commercialization, optimization, and long-term value realization across City OperationsDrive asset lifecycle planning and portfolio performance management across city assetsOversee service quality management and handover readiness to support operational successTranslate operational needs into stage gate requirements and readiness inputsCoordinate across operators, FM providers, and City Operations functions to align asset management prioritiesRequirementsBachelor's degree in real estate development, finance, asset management, economics, or a related field12+ years of experience leading asset management across large-scale city or infrastructure portfoliosCommercial awareness across leasing, partnerships, service charge, cost recovery, and value optimizationHands-on experience with asset lifecycle planning, service quality management, handover readiness, and portfolio performance managementAbility to translate operational needs into stage gate requirements and readiness inputsExperience coordinating across operators, FM providers, and City Operations functions
