With a growing portfolio of sector-specific AI products and a core mission to drive IP leadership and talent supremacy worldwide, HUMAIN is engineered for global competitiveness and national distinctions.We’re hiring a Director – Special Projects & Growth to join the Corporate Strategy team at HUMAIN.This is not a traditional strategy role.We are looking for an exceptional Saudi leader who has personally originated, structured, negotiated, and closed landmark strategic and commercial deals with the world’s leading technology companies.Reporting into the Corporate Strategy function and working closely with executive leadership, this person will operate as a key growth engine for HUMAIN — turning strategic ambition into major partnerships, new ventures, market expansion, and measurable enterprise value.What you’ll do:• Originate, negotiate, and close landmark partnerships and commercial agreements with hyperscalers, chipmakers, AI platform leaders, and global technology companies• Lead high-priority special projects end-to-end — from concept and business case through structuring, execution, and handover• Structure complex, first-of-their-kind transactions including JVs, co-investments, licensing, technology transfer, infrastructure, and go-to-market agreements• Unlock new markets, revenue streams, and strategic growth opportunities• Build and activate C-level relationships across Big Tech, governments, investors, and strategic partners• Mobilize internal and external stakeholders to move from strategy to signed agreements and delivered outcomesWhat we’re looking for:• Saudi national with 12+ years of experience• A verifiable track record of personally originating, structuring, and closing landmark, nine-figure-or-larger deals with leading global technology companies• Director-level experience within a leading global technology company, sovereign investor, tier-one investment bank, or elite strategy institution• An existing and activatable C-suite network across global Big Tech• Deep expertise in complex deal architecture — JVs, co-investments, licensing, technology transfer, infrastructure, and GTM structures• A proven zero-to-one builder who has taken ventures, partnerships, or business lines from concept to scaled commercial operations• Deep understanding of the global AI, cloud, semiconductor, and digital infrastructure landscape• Exceptional executive presence, commercial judgment, and the ability to operate effectively with CEOs, boards, senior government leaders, and global partners• Demonstrated ability to operate at the top 1% of the field, with full ownership from the first conversation through to signed agreement and executionReady to build what's next?This is where your potential meets the work shaping the future of AI.
