Department: Staff Support and WellbeingJob PurposeOversee implementation of departmental activities and participate in developing generate policies and departmental strategiesMain ResponsibilitiesManage the department's organizational units, monitor their performance, and prepare reports to prevent duplication of objectives and dutiesPrepare proposed strategic and operational plans, develop performance indicators and work toward achieving themStrengthen external relationships to establish strategic partnerships; develop and motivate internal partners and manage change to ensure efficiency and effectivenessProvide necessary support to the direct supervisor and perform other assigned dutiesLead, direct, review and approve departmental procedures, working methods, performance indicators, and quality measures, and propose improvementsMonitor, evaluate and improve administrative processes, including planning, budgeting, reporting, and service deliveryDevelop internal plans that promote team building and continuous learning to ensure the highest quality of workRequirementsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in one of the following fields:Business AdministrationEducation / TeachingPsychologyMinimum ExperienceDoctorate: Minimum 4 years of relevant experienceMaster's Degree: Minimum 7 years of relevant experienceBachelor's Degree: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
