Groovy emphasizes safety, professionalism, and a relaxing atmosphere designed to support client confidence and overall well-being.Role Description The Director of Strategic Marketing is a full-time, on-site role based in Heliopolis, responsible for leading the overall marketing strategy for Groovy Aesthetic Clinics. This role oversees the development and execution of integrated marketing plans that drive brand awareness, client acquisition, and retention across all service lines, including medical spa, nutrition, and fitness. The director will manage market positioning, pricing and promotional strategies, and campaign calendars, while collaborating closely with clinic operations, medical leadership, and sales teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing market trends and client insights, identifying growth opportunities, optimizing the customer journey, and setting performance metrics and KPIs. The role also includes managing marketing budgets, guiding external agencies and vendors, mentoring the marketing team, and ensuring a consistent, premium brand presence across digital and offline channels.Qualifications Strong market research and market analysis skills to understand client needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.Proven experience in market planning and strategic planning to design and execute data-driven marketing roadmaps.Background in sales and commercial growth initiatives, with the ability to align marketing strategies with revenue targets.Experience in brand management, digital marketing, and campaign management in a service-oriented or wellness/medical setting is highly preferred.Demonstrated ability to lead and develop cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and work with external agencies and partners.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative and inclusive leadership style.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.Experience in aesthetics, healthcare, wellness, or hospitality sectors is a plus, along with familiarity with client experience and loyalty programs.
