Employment Type: Full-timeStelvio is working with a client seeking a Director, Strategic Procurement & Integration to join their team in Frisco, Texas.This is a hands-on procurement leadership role focused on executing and strengthening an established procurement model across a complex, multi-business organization.Much of the procurement framework, processes and ways of working are already in place.

We're therefore looking for someone who can work effectively within that structure, ensure consistent execution across the business, manage key supplier relationships and deliver measurable commercial value.This is not a role focused on completely redesigning or rebuilding procurement from the ground up. It would suit an experienced Senior Procurement Manager, Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager, Senior Category Manager or Procurement Director who enjoys remaining close to sourcing, suppliers, contracts and commercial negotiations while taking on broader leadership responsibility.What You'll Be DoingExecute procurement and strategic sourcing initiatives in line with established business and financial objectives.Ensure existing procurement policies, processes, controls and governance are consistently applied across the organization.Manage end-to-end sourcing activity, including RFIs, RFQs and RFPs, supplier evaluation, negotiation, selection and implementation.Develop and execute sourcing strategies across key direct and indirect spend categories.Lead complex commercial and supplier negotiations covering pricing, service levels, contractual terms and performance expectations.Partner closely with Legal on the review and negotiation of MSAs, SOWs, purchase agreements, service agreements, NDAs and amendments.Manage strategic supplier relationships and ensure suppliers deliver against agreed commercial and operational expectations.Lead supplier performance reviews, scorecards and Quarterly Business Reviews.Identify opportunities for cost reduction, cost avoidance, supplier consolidation and improved commercial terms.Track and report realized savings, supplier performance and procurement KPIs.Use spend analysis, market intelligence and supplier data to identify sourcing and procurement opportunities.Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, spend management and savings validation.Support the integration of procurement activities following acquisitions and organizational changes.Help bring consistency to procurement practices, supplier relationships and contracts across different areas of the business.Identify supplier and supply-chain risks and support appropriate mitigation and contingency plans.Work closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, Legal, Operations, IT, HR and other business functions.Support the effective use and optimization of ERP, procurement, contract-management and spend-analysis technology.Lead, mentor and develop procurement team members while promoting accountability and consistent execution.What We're Looking ForSignificant progressive experience within procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, supply chain or commercial management.Strong experience operating within a structured, established procurement environment.Hands-on experience managing end-to-end sourcing processes and competitive procurement events.Strong RFP/RFQ, supplier selection, negotiation and contracting experience.Demonstrable success delivering measurable cost savings, cost avoidance and commercial value.Extensive supplier and vendor-management experience.Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements and partnering with Legal on contractual terms.Strong understanding of MSAs, SOWs, service agreements, purchase agreements and NDAs.Experience managing supplier performance through KPIs, scorecards and business reviews.Strong financial acumen, including spend analysis, budgeting, forecasting and savings reporting.Experience working with ERP, procurement and/or spend-analytics platforms.Strong stakeholder-management skills with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.Experience supporting procurement integration, acquisitions, supplier consolidation or multi-business environments would be highly advantageous.Previous team leadership or people-management experience.Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Engineering or a related discipline.PreferredExperience within a large, complex or multi-business organization.MBA or relevant Master's degree.Professional procurement certification such as CPSM, CIPS, CPSD or equivalent.The OpportunityThis is an opportunity to take on significant procurement responsibility within an organization where the foundations are already established.Rather than being tasked with building an entirely new procurement function, you'll focus on making the existing model work effectively across the business — driving sourcing activity, managing strategic suppliers, supporting integration, improving consistency and delivering measurable savings and commercial value.It's particularly well suited to someone who enjoys being hands-on and close to procurement execution, while having the experience and credibility to operate at Director level and partner with senior stakeholders.Frisco, Texas | On-site | $160,000–$180,000 base
