You'll have the autonomy to influence strategy, mentor a high-performing team, and make decisions that have a measurable impact across a global organization.We're looking for a strategic procurement leader who enjoys solving complex business challenges, building executive relationships, negotiating high-value agreements, and creating long-term value beyond cost savings.Job Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day procurement activities, including sourcing, vendor negotiation, and contract managementStrategically source various key components - plastics, chemicals, resins, APIs, molded components, packaging, sterilization, etc.Work with cross-functional teams to assess procurement needs and identify strategic sourcing opportunitiesOversee supplier relationship management to ensure consistent quality and valueImplement procurement strategies that optimize cost, efficiency, and resilience in the supply chain.Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for process improvement.Lead procurement teams in evaluating bids, negotiating contracts, and monitoring supplier performance.Set clear objectives and strategies for the team to achieve goals through planning, directing work, and coaching associates.What You’ll Bring:10+ years of progressive strategic sourcing, procurement, and supply chain leadership experience within a complex global organization.Demonstrated success leading high-performing sourcing teams and developing talent.Expertise managing large-scale direct and/or indirect spend across multiple categories.Strong background developing and executing enterprise-wide sourcing strategies that deliver measurable business value beyond cost savings.Experience negotiating complex, high-value supplier agreements and managing executive-level supplier relationships.
