قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجObjective:To manage the governments’ loan portfolio and debt guarantees, including the structuring and execution of new loans and guarantees.Essential Duties:Supervise Government loans structuring, pricing, negotiation with banks and execution of loan (corporate facilities, project and leverage finance) documents.Structuring of asset and cash flow backed financing structuresOversight of Public Private Partnership (PPP) loansOversight of government-backed Utility Project FinanceAdvanced knowledge of LMA loan languageOversight of GRE debt issuance plansResponsible for bank relationships on loan capital marketsAdvanced financial modelling of leverage and project financingsSupervise government guarantees & government loansProvide the necessary support to the line manager and perform any other related tasks assigned.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's degree or higher in the field of financial sciences or economics or its equivalent.It is preferable to obtain a specialized certificate in the field of the job.12+ years in structured, project, export/ECA or leveraged and asset-based finance, gained at an investment bank, sovereign wealth fund, ministry of finance or debt management office.Demonstrated track record structuring and closing LMA-documented facilities, project and PPP financings, ECA-covered facilities and securitisations.Technical SkillsDeep fluency in LMA loan documentation and negotiation dynamics.Strong structured and project-finance modelling: cash-flow waterfalls, leverage sizing, and securitisation cash-flows.Working knowledge of ECA mechanicsWorking understanding of Basel bank regulation as it bears on bank appetite and pricing.Awareness of Islamic finance structuring (Ijara, Murabaha, Sukuk)
