About AI FabrikAI Fabrik is a neo cloud platform built for real-world enterprise AI. We deliver high-performance tokens close to users, with sub-20ms latency to Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities and time-to-market measured in weeks, not years. Backed by Mayfield, Xora (Temasek’s growth equity arm), Acclimate Ventures, and Cisco Investments, we are scaling from our first live sites toward a global footprint across the US and Asia (Korea, Japan, Singapore, with India to follow). We don't own concrete — we secure capacity, power, and critical equipment through best-in-class partners and turn it into live, contracted compute. Capacity is our product and the path runs from grid to tokens, which puts this role squarely on the company's critical path. The RoleYou own both the planning and the sourcing of everything that turns a powered site into live compute — GPUs, servers, networking, and critical electrical and mechanical equipment. This is a planning role as much as a procurement one: for every site you know exactly what needs to go in, and you make sure long-lead items are ordered well in advance so nothing gates the build. In a supply-constrained market, allocation and lead times are often the difference between hitting and missing a deployment date, so you own the demand plan, the supplier relationships, and the logistics engine that keep the build-and-turn-up schedule intact across the US and Asia. What You'll OwnPlanning & DemandOwn the per-site bill of materials — translate each site's design and capacity plan into a complete, costed equipment and materials list.Build and maintain the order calendar so long-lead items are placed well ahead of construction and energization milestones.Maintain a rolling demand forecast across the site pipeline; sequence orders to match the build schedule and flag supply risk early.Category Strategy & SourcingOwn category strategy, RFPs, negotiation, and supplier selection for critical gear — GPUs/servers, networking, and supporting electrical/mechanical infrastructure — plus long-lead items.Secure allocation and favorable commercial terms with OEMs and distributors in a supply-constrained market.Supplier & Risk ManagementManage supplier KPIs, allocation risk, quality, and business continuity across a multi-region supplier base.Build dual-sourcing and contingency strategies to protect deployment schedules.Logistics & OperationsOwn global logistics, customs/import, inventory, and delivery sequencing across US and Asia markets.Partner with the construction partner, Site Selection, Deployment, Engineering, and Finance so procurement tracks the build-and-turn-up schedule rather than lagging it.What You Bring15+ years in supply chain, demand/supply planning, procurement, or category management within data center, hardware, or large-scale infrastructure.Demonstrated ownership of demand planning and long-lead ordering against project milestones — not just transactional procurement.Direct experience sourcing GPUs/servers, networking, or critical electrical/mechanical equipment in constrained markets.Track record negotiating complex, high-dollar supplier deals and managing global logistics; Asia-Pacific experience strongly preferred.Strong commercial and financial acumen; comfort with capital-first infrastructure economics.Proven cross-functional operator in a fast-moving environment; excellent executive communication.
