Director Talent Acquisition

Tarvos Talent is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition for a rapidly growing organization in Austin. This newly created role will partner closely with executive leadership to develop and drive a scalable talent strategy, with a focus on workforce planning, TA strategy, and continued organizational growth.Responsibilities:Develop and execute talent acquisition and workforce planning strategiesPartner with executive and HR leadership to anticipate future talent needsLead and develop the Talent Acquisition teamDrive process improvements, technology adoption, and recruiting efficienciesUse data and market insights to influence talent decisionsPresent recommendations and influence change at the executive levelRequirements:Progressive Talent Acquisition experience with a strong HR foundationExperience driving TA strategy within a large, complex organizationProven ability to influence change and gain C-suite buy-inStrong workforce planning and recruiting strategy experienceExperience leading and developing TA teamsExperience with AI, automation, Greenhouse, or Rippling is a plusCollaborative, humble, and team-oriented leadership styleThis is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to build, influence, and lead, rather than simply maintain an existing recruiting function.
