This role is responsible for building and executing scalable recruiting strategies, strengthening leadership pipelines, and ensuring the organization attracts, develops, and retains top-tier talent across corporate, operational, and frontline roles across the United States.What You’ll DoLead and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business and operational goalsOversee performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and continuous feedbackProvide leadership and direction to recruiting teams in a multi-site, high-volume environmentPartner with senior leadership, HR, and Operations to forecast workforce needs and optimize staffing modelsEstablish recruiting standards, policies, and best practices to ensure consistency and complianceLeverage data and analytics to improve recruiting effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of hireDrive employer branding initiatives in collaboration with Marketing and CommunicationsSupport recruitment marketing efforts, technical school partnerships, and community outreachEnhance succession planning strategies and leadership development pipelinesManage vendor relationships, including agencies and recruiting technologiesLead continuous improvement efforts across recruiting processes, tools, and candidate experienceEnsure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulationsSupport high-volume hiring initiatives, new site launches, and organizational expansionDevelop and mentor recruiting leaders to build long-term organizational capabilityManage recruiting budgets and drive cost-effective hiring practicesWhat You Bring8+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including leadership rolesProven success leading recruiting teams in large-scale, multi-site, or high-volume environmentsExperience managing enterprise-wide performance management programsStrong knowledge of recruiting technology, sourcing strategies, HR practices, and employment lawAbility to influence and partner effectively with senior leaders and operational stakeholdersStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, operationally driven environmentFlexibility to support business needs, including occasional extended hoursAdditional RequirementsMust be authorized to work in the United StatesAbility to work onsite four days per weekSuccessful completion of background check and drug screeningThis is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by shaping the future of talent within a complex, people-driven organization.
