Director Talent Acquisition

Role Description The Director Talent Acquisition is a part-time, remote role responsible for leading and executing the firm’s overall talent acquisition strategy. This role oversees the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning and role scoping to candidate sourcing, assessment, and hiring decisions. Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with leadership to understand staffing needs, designing and managing recruiting processes, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Director will also shape and promote the employer brand, develop pipelines for legal and administrative talent, and maintain compliant, inclusive hiring practices. In addition, this role monitors talent market trends, reports on recruiting metrics, and recommends improvements to support sustainable growth and retention.QualificationsCandidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring, including job definition, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer management.Candidates should possess skills in Employer Branding, including developing and promoting a compelling, inclusive value proposition to attract diverse talent.Candidates should possess skills in Workforce Planning, including forecasting talent needs and aligning hiring plans with organizational strategy.Candidates should possess skills in Global Talent Acquisition, including navigating cross-border hiring practices and diverse talent markets.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior leadership.Experience developing structured, fair, and non-discriminatory selection processes and using data to inform talent decisions.Background in legal, professional services, or corporate environments is beneficial, with familiarity in relevant labor and employment regulations.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Law, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in senior talent acquisition roles.
