This is a senior leadership opportunity with responsibility for building high-quality talent pipelines, partnering with executive stakeholders and strengthening the organisation’s overall approach to attracting and hiring exceptional talent.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and lead the talent acquisition strategy in alignment with the organisation’s business and growth objectives.Partner with C-suite, executive leadership and senior business stakeholders on workforce planning and critical hiring requirements.Lead end-to-end recruitment across senior, specialist and high-volume positions, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.Build effective talent pipelines through direct sourcing, market mapping, executive search, networking and strategic talent partnerships.Drive continuous improvement across recruitment processes, employer branding, recruitment technology, analytics and candidate engagement.Who We Are Looking For15+ years of experience across Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Executive Search or HR, ideally within a complex or large-scale organisation.Proven experience leading strategic and end-to-end talent acquisition across multiple functions and levels.Strong track record of partnering with C-suite and senior leadership on critical hiring and workforce requirements.Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian talent market, with established networks and knowledge of local recruitment practices.A commercially minded, data-driven and credible TA leader with the ability to build teams, influence stakeholders and deliver high-quality talent at pace.
