A team that has done exceptional work to get here and now needs a leader to take it to the next stage.That's the opportunity.We're partnering on a retained search for a Director of Talent Acquisition, Americas.You'll report to the VP of Talent Acquisition and own the region carrying the heaviest data center operations hiring volume in the entire plan, with multi-site waves running through Ohio, Texas and Virginia.THE BUILDThe process isn't waiting for you, fully formed. You'll help build it. That means intake standards, SLAs, req triage, interview discipline, hiring manager training, and the reporting the function runs on.You'll also own the US agency partnerships and reshape the mix towards direct hiring without dropping the growth number.Whatever you build here will outlast the growth curve!THE CATCH (AND IT'S A GOOD ONE)This is not an ivory tower role!!!You'll lead a pod of TA Partners, and you'll carry your own desk of senior-level searches alongside them.If reqs feel beneath you, this isn't the seat for you.If you still get a buzz from making the hire yourself, keep reading.WHO THRIVES HERESomeone who has hired, coached, developed and performance-managed recruiters, and can talk about each one by name.Someone who has delivered in a 30+ hires-a-month environment across volume, technical and corporate roles.Someone who has built a tracker or dashboard themselves and can quote their funnel numbers from memorySomeone who has owned a PSL end to end, not just used one.Someone who can tell a hiring manager that Q1 is really Q3 and still keep the relationship.Data center experience is ideal. Construction, EPC, engineering, power, utilities, semiconductor and industrial backgrounds all translate well.
