About the OpportunityThe C-Suite & Co. is partnering with an ambitious, growing SaaS company expanding its footprint across Saudi Arabia to appoint a Director – Talent Acquisition.As the business enters its next phase of growth, we are seeking an accomplished talent acquisition leader to shape its recruitment strategy, build scalable hiring capabilities, and play a pivotal role in attracting the talent required to support its expansion.The ideal candidate will combine strategic talent acquisition expertise with a hands-on approach, strong technology recruitment experience, and a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives and expansion plans.Lead end-to-end recruitment across technology, product, commercial, corporate, and leadership functions.Build, manage, and develop a high-performing talent acquisition team.Partner with senior leadership and business stakeholders on workforce planning, talent requirements, and hiring priorities.Develop sustainable talent pipelines for critical, specialised, and high-demand positions.Establish scalable recruitment processes and frameworks to support organisational growth.Drive recruitment excellence through process optimisation, technology adoption, and data-driven decision-making.Monitor key recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and recruitment effectiveness.Strengthen employer branding, candidate experience, and talent attraction strategies.Leverage market intelligence to identify talent trends, anticipate hiring challenges, and support strategic workforce decisions.Candidate RequirementsMinimum 10 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, including at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.Strong background in SaaS, software development, IT services, or technology-driven organisations.Proven experience developing and executing talent acquisition strategies to support business growth and expansion.Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and develop recruitment teams.Strong experience recruiting across technical, commercial, and senior leadership positions.Solid understanding of technology talent markets, sourcing strategies, and recruitment best practices.Experience with recruitment technologies, applicant tracking systems, and talent acquisition analytics.Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership.Strong strategic thinking, commercial awareness, and a results-oriented approach.Experience within the Saudi Arabian talent market, including local hiring practices and Saudization requirements, would be an advantage.How to ApplyIf you are an experienced talent acquisition leader with a strong technology background and a proven track record of supporting business growth, we encourage you to apply through LinkedIn.All applications will be treated with strict confidentiality.The C-Suite & Co. is managing this recruitment assignment on behalf of its client.
