Director, TMT Sector Banker, Corporate and Investment Banking Advisory

OverviewWith ambitious bank strategy in the region, a regional corporate bank is seeking to hire a Senior Banker (Director) TMT Telecom, Media and Technology to originate and lead debt financing or advisory discussions for key corporate clients in the Asia to provide value added services and develop strong client relationships.Role ResponsibilitiesYou will be part of a regional team, responsible for origination and structuring debt financing, in particular for the TMT or digital infrastructure sector.Originate and lead event driven financings discussion with clients in the TMT sector across Greater China. Prepare marketing materials for TMT sector.Work with various country bankers and product bankers across Structured Finance and Syndicated Loans to provide financing solutions to clientsWork towards becoming the go-to bank for clients looking to raising capital, including for the development of data centers, roll-out of fibre-optic networks and acquisition of telecom towersResearch and provide industry and client insights on prospective target client base.Provide ad-hoc support to the business when necessaryRequirementsAtleast 10+ years' experience in origination and structuring of loans, preference for candidates who also have experience in the TMT sector Strong Financial Modelling experience is a must, including financial analysis and cash flow projection skills for large corporate customersBachelor's Degree; Professional qualifications such as CFA, ACCA, CPA, FRM are desirableStrong writing, communication, and presentation/excel and powerpoint skills in English;Ability to lead teams.If you believe you have the relevant skill and experience and is interested in this position, kindly get in touch with Jack Leung with your CV and contact details to engage in a confidential discussion.
