You will bring significant experience supporting organisations in their strategic planning, to design and optimise their services, increase productivity, reduce costs and embed transformation across the entire project/portfolio lifecycle. We are looking for individuals with a passion and understanding of the WA health and/or human services landscape, who can bring new perspectives to advise our clients on policy, funding, commissioning, regulatory and service-delivery challenges they may be facing. This is a senior, client-facing leadership role, accountable for the delivery of complex transformation engagements. You will bring a mindset of intellectual curiosity and a keen desire to deliver impactful outcomes and experiences for our purpose-led clients. We are looking for dynamic and forward-thinking Director to join our team who can:  Lead high-performing teams to design and deliver complex transformation engagements, producing quality deliverables and outcomes for clients. Drive business development through building relationships with clients, proposal development, and active participation in government procurement processes Contribute to firm-wide strategy, practice leadership and the development of our market positioning in transformation. Build and mentor high-performing consulting teams, contributing to capability uplift across our transformation delivery framework Invest in your own development by building and expanding your skills and capabilities, staying up to date with industry insights. Technically, you will bring demonstrated experience in working on transformation programs, delivering one or more of the following services:  15+ years of professional experience, preferably in management consulting or senior government roles with additional experience at a Director level or equivalent Deep domain expertise in the public sector, with proven project delivery leadership across complex, multi-stakeholder government transformation programs Strong commercial acumen, being able to shape, price, and grow a portfolio of work Existing relationships with senior officials across relevant Australian government agencies Demonstrated ability to build and lead a practice, including people leadership, alliance management, and revenue accountability Experience in leading, motivating, and coaching teams to achieve tactical and strategic objectives both internally and on client engagements. Ability to produce high-quality and impactful deliverables and outcomes in agreed timeframes with strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
