Director – Corporate Tax AdvisoryWe are looking for a Director – Corporate Tax Advisory to lead, manage, and scale our practice in Dubai, UAE.This strategic role combines technical excellence, client leadership, and P&L responsibility within a growing practice.Preference: Big 4 or leading professional services firm backgroundKey ResponsibilitiesLead Practice: Manage the Dubai Corporate Tax Advisory strategy, operating model, and overall financial P&L.Advise Clients: Serve as a senior advisor to CFOs and Tax Heads on complex UAE Corporate Tax, tax structuring, and transaction implications.Drive Growth: Develop new client relationships, lead pitches, and expand UAE Corporate Tax service offerings.Build Teams: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of tax professionals.Provide Expertise: Apply deep practical knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax legislation, FTA regulations, and Transfer Pricing.8–10 years of heavy Corporate Tax / International Tax Advisory experience.Essential: Strong, proven UAE/Dubai market experience.Expertise: Deep understanding of UAE Corporate Tax and practical client advisory.Commercial Acumen: Prior experience managing revenue, utilization, margins, and collections.Credentials: Professional qualifications preferred (CA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT, CPA, or equivalent).Skills: business development,p&l,uae corporate tax
