Responsible for leading the strategic direction, development, and implementation of the program. The Director will oversee budget, financial planning, long term forecasting, quality improvement, compliance, and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and improvement.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field required* Active CA License as LCSW, LMFT, LPCC or Licensed Psychologist Required * 10 years related experience * Qualified candidates will have 5 or more years progressive leadership experience in youth residential programs, behavioral health, child welfare or related human service programs* Experience with CQI (Continuous Quality Improvement), performance management, and risk management* Thorough understanding of licensing standards, accreditation requirements, and compliance* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skillsInterested in hearing more?
