Team members join a values-driven environment focused on practical impact and long-term client success.Role Description We are seeking fulltime Directors or part-time Executive Consultants. Both roles involves leading strategic engagements with clients, using the StratDo® approach to diagnose complex challenges and design structured solutions across analytics, consulting, training, and software implementation. Directors & Executive Consultants will conduct stakeholder interviews, facilitate workshops, and develop recommendations and implementation plans that drive measurable outcomes. They will oversee project delivery, mentor consulting teams, and collaborate with data and software specialists to integrate advanced analytics and StratDo® tools into client solutions. The position includes responsibility for building long-term client relationships, contributing to business development initiatives, and supporting the refinement of Rekon’s methodologies and offerings.QualificationsExperience in strategy consulting or executive-level advisory work, including leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects and providing structured decision support.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with familiarity in data-driven approaches, advanced analytics, or AI-enabled solutions.Proven ability to design and facilitate workshops, training programs, or professional development initiatives focused on decision-making and leadership.Background in organizational performance, culture assessments, or survey design and interpretation, with skills in turning insights into practical action plans.Experience working with or implementing software solutions that support strategy execution, performance monitoring, or enterprise planning.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders and present complex ideas clearly.Demonstrated leadership in mentoring teams, managing project timelines and budgets, and contributing to business growth or client acquisition.Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, economics, engineering, data science, or a related discipline; postgraduate qualifications (e.g., MBA) are advantageous.Comfort working on-site with clients in the Greater Perth Area and commitment to a collaborative, values-driven, and inclusive workplace.
