We are hiring a Kitchen Steward to join the pre-opening team of a new Italian restaurant in Expo Village, Dubai.We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and organized team member who will help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment.Responsibilities:– Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment– Keep dishwashing and kitchen areas clean and organized– Maintain cleanliness of floors, work areas, sinks, and back-of-house areas– Properly handle and dispose of kitchen waste– Ensure clean equipment and utensils are returned to the correct areas– Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing kitchen supplies when required– Support the kitchen team with basic tasks as needed– Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures– Help maintain cleanliness standards throughout service and at closing– Participate in pre-opening cleaning, organization, and kitchen setupRequirements:– Previous experience as a Kitchen Steward, Dishwasher, or in a similar restaurant or hospitality role is preferred– Good understanding of kitchen cleanliness and hygiene– Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment– Physically able to handle the demands of a busy kitchen– Reliable, punctual, organized, and willing to work as part of a team– Willing to learn and follow instructionsLocation: Expo Village, Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Full-timeStatus: Pre-openingTo apply, please submit your CV through LinkedIn.For additional inquiries: hello@casa-vero.ae
