Dispatch Agent

We are looking for a Dispatch Agent to support fast-paced last-mile delivery operations. The role is responsible for coordinating and monitoring orders from pickup to customer delivery, ensuring efficient dispatching, timely deliveries, and quick resolution of operational issues.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and dispatch orders to delivery partners efficientlyMonitor active deliveries and ensure orders are delivered within the expected timeframeCommunicate with delivery partners and internal teams to ensure smooth operationsTrack order status and take immediate action on delayed, cancelled, or problematic ordersResolve operational issues and escalate critical cases when requiredFollow up on delivery performance and ensure service-level targets are metMaintain accurate dispatch and delivery recordsSupport daily operations and contribute to improving delivery efficiency and customer experienceRequirements0-3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, delivery operations, or a related fieldStrong communication and coordination skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environmentStrong problem-solving and multitasking abilitiesGood attention to detailBasic computer skills and ability to work with operational systemsGood command of English; Arabic is a plusWillingness to work in shifts, including weekends when required
