The company collaborates with nutritionists, chefs, and technologists to create high-quality, goal-oriented meal plans that fit different dietary requirements.Role Description The Dispatch & Delivery Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for coordinating daily meal dispatch and ensuring timely, accurate deliveries to customers. This role involves organizing delivery routes, assigning orders to drivers, and monitoring real-time delivery status to maintain service standards. The executive will verify order details, oversee packaging readiness, and communicate with kitchen staff, drivers, and customer service to resolve operational issues. The role also includes handling delivery-related inquiries, updating records in internal systems, reporting delivery performance metrics, and supporting continuous improvement of logistics processes.QualificationsStrong dispatch and delivery coordination skills, including route planning, scheduling, and real-time tracking.Operational and organizational skills for managing daily order flow, inventory checks, and documentation.Customer service and communication skills to handle delivery queries, resolve issues, and collaborate with internal teams.Basic technology proficiency, including using mobile apps, delivery management software, and spreadsheets.Attention to detail and reliability in verifying orders, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining quality standards.Ability to work on-site in Dubai with flexible hours, including peak periods, and in a fast-paced environment.Previous experience in food delivery, logistics, or dispatch operations is preferred.Knowledge of Dubai routes and traffic patterns is an advantage; valid UAE driving license is a plus.
