Location: Ras Al Khor, Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Full-TimeReporting To: Branch Manager / Operations ManagerSalary: AED 3,000 – 4,000 per monthJob SummaryWe are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Dispatch Coordinator to join our Rent A Car team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating vehicle dispatches, deliveries, collections, and transfers while ensuring efficient fleet movement and smooth daily operations.Key ResponsibilitiesVehicle Dispatch & CoordinationCoordinate daily vehicle dispatches, deliveries, collections, and transfers.Assign vehicle movements to drivers based on bookings and operational priorities.Prepare daily dispatch schedules and ensure timely vehicle deliveries.Coordinate with rental agents and operations teams regarding customer requirements.Monitor vehicle movements and follow up on delays or changes.Ensure vehicles are ready and properly allocated before dispatch.Fleet & Documentation ManagementMaintain accurate records of vehicle dispatches, deliveries, collections, and returns.Verify vehicle details and relevant documents before dispatch.Coordinate vehicle handovers and returns with the relevant teams.Monitor fleet availability and update vehicle status in the rental management system.Report vehicle damage, delays, and operational issues to management.Communication & ReportingMaintain regular communication with drivers, branch staff, and operations teams.Handle dispatch-related issues and arrange alternative solutions when required.Prepare daily dispatch and vehicle movement reports.Ensure all dispatch activities follow company procedures and customer commitments.Qualifications & RequirementsHigh school diploma or Bachelor's degree is preferred.2–4 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, fleet coordination, or the car rental industry is preferred.Good knowledge of Dubai roads, locations, and routes.Strong coordination, planning, and organizational skills.Good communication and problem-solving abilities.Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.Experience with car rental management systems; knowledge of Speed System is an advantage.Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Professional attitude, teamwork, and attention to detail.How to ApplyInterested candidates can send their updated CV to: hr@veslamotors.com / hr.assist@veslamotors.comEmail Subject: Dispatch Coordinator – Rent A Car
