The Dispatch Manager oversees daily dispatch activities, including scheduling and assigning loads, coordinating routes, and ensuring timely communication between drivers, customers, and operations staff. This role monitors fleet performance, resolves service issues, and supports drivers with real-time instructions and problem-solving. The Dispatch Manager also collaborates with leadership to optimize operational efficiency, maintain service quality, and support the company’s growth objectives. This position requires consistent on-site presence to manage dispatch operations and support team members effectively.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Dispatching skills to schedule loads, coordinate routes, and manage real-time logistics.Candidates should possess proven Supervisory Skills to lead dispatch staff and support drivers effectively.Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with drivers, customers, and internal teams in a professional manner.Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to monitor performance, improve processes, and ensure efficient use of assets.Relevant experience in transportation, logistics, or trucking operations is highly beneficial.Ability to work on-site in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar with strong problem-solving, decision-making, and time-management abilities.Comfort with dispatch software and basic computer applications; familiarity with route planning tools is a plus.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in logistics or business is an advantage.
