The Dispatch Manager will oversee daily dispatch operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery schedules while managing and supervising team members. Responsibilities include coordinating shipping and logistics, maintaining operations workflows, handling customer inquiries related to dispatch, and ensuring high standards of customer service. The role also requires effective communication and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.QualificationsStrong Supervisory Skills and expertise in DispatchingProficiency in Operations Management, logistics coordination in appointment based shipmentsExperience in Q-com shipments Excellent Communication abilities coupled with Customer Service orientationAbility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and on-site environmentProblem-solving skills and the ability to handle time-sensitive situations efficientlyFamiliarity with logistics software or dispatch management tools is an assetExperience in team leadership and operational planningBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field preferred
