This part-time remote role is suited to a logistics professional who can monitor daily dispatch performance, coordinate with drivers and service providers, resolve delivery issues, and maintain high standards of efficiency and customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily dispatch and delivery operations.Plan delivery schedules, routes, priorities, and transportation requirements.Monitor dispatched orders and track delivery progress in real time.Coordinate with drivers, carriers, warehouses, suppliers, and internal teams.Ensure orders are prepared, documented, and dispatched according to requirements.Review dispatch records, delivery confirmations, and related documentation for accuracy.Identify and resolve delivery delays, routing issues, shortages, and service disruptions.Monitor vehicle, carrier, driver, and delivery performance against operational standards.Maintain accurate dispatch information within logistics, transportation, or ERP systems.Prepare regular reports covering delivery performance, exceptions, costs, and operational KPIs.Support workforce and transportation resource planning based on expected demand.Identify opportunities to improve dispatch processes, delivery efficiency, and service quality.Requirements3+ years of professional experience in dispatch, logistics, transportation, distribution, or supply-chain operations preferred.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related discipline preferred.Strong understanding of dispatch planning, transportation coordination, delivery scheduling, and order fulfillment.Experience supervising drivers, dispatch teams, carriers, or logistics service providers.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple deliveries, priorities, and time-sensitive issues simultaneously.Experience with transportation management systems, ERP platforms, GPS/tracking tools, or logistics software.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and digital collaboration tools.Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate operational records.Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with distributed teams.Logistics or transportation certifications are not required unless specifically relevant to the role.What We OfferFlexible part-time work with a fully remote arrangement.Competitive compensation aligned with experience and responsibilities.Opportunities to support international logistics and distribution operations.Exposure to modern dispatch, transportation, tracking, and logistics technologies.A collaborative environment focused on operational efficiency and customer service.Professional development opportunities and practical experience in logistics supervision.
