The Dispatcher will coordinate daily transportation schedules, assign vehicles and drivers, and ensure timely execution of deliveries and pickups. The role includes responding to customer requests, managing calls, and maintaining clear communication between drivers, technicians, and clients. The Dispatcher will monitor fleet movements, update job statuses in relevant systems, and resolve scheduling or routing issues as they arise. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, supporting safety and compliance procedures, and contributing to high customer satisfaction and efficient operations.Qualifications Strong dispatching capabilities, including experience in route planning, driver assignment, and schedule coordination.Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for managing calls and providing clear instructions.Customer service and customer satisfaction skills, with the ability to respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries.Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics or transportation environment, prioritizing tasks and problem-solving under time constraints.Familiarity with basic computer systems and dispatch or fleet management software.Knowledge of transportation regulations, safety standards, and local routes in the Eastern Province and GCC is an advantage.Previous experience in transportation, logistics, or fleet coordination preferred.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
