Apply & track with Apply EdgeBuzko Legal is looking for a Dispute Resolution Associate to join our International Arbitration team.Our team handles complex cross-border litigation and arbitration, helping clients effectively protect their interests in international arbitration, in foreign court proceedings, and before Russian courts.Key ResponsibilitiesIndependently prepare comprehensive, high-quality first drafts of pleadings, written submissions, and legal opinions in Russian and English;Contribute to developing dispute strategy for proceedings in Russian and foreign courts and international arbitrations;Handle procedural and case management matters;Conduct in-depth legal research of Russian and foreign law, case law, and arbitral practice;Contribute to the practice’s publications and marketing initiatives (legal updates, articles, and industry overviews).We are looking for a Mid-Level Associate (2-3 PQE) in Dispute Resolution who can independently manage substantial workstreams within complex matters:2-3 years of post-qualification experience in dispute resolution, with a solid understanding of international arbitration;exceptional drafting skills with a track record of producing structured, persuasive, and clear legal documents on complex legal issues;ability to navigate voluminous case materials, identify key legal issues, and build solid legal arguments;strong sense of project ownership, commercial awareness, and readiness to propose creative, tailored solutions;full working proficiency in English, with the proven ability to draft complex procedural and analytical documents without supervision; andgenuine interest in cross-border disputes and international arbitration, with a strong desire to advance in this field.Preferred QualificationsExperience in major international moot courts (e.g., Willem C.
