- Complex commercial litigation and cross-border disputes
- Shareholder disputes and corporate litigation
- Restructuring, insolvency and contentious financial matters
- Offshore litigation, enforcement and asset recovery
- Working alongside international counsel and colleagues across a global offshore network๐ง๐ต๐ฒ ๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐น ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ:
- Approximately 5+ PQE, qualified in England and Wales (for Cayman & BVI Admission)
- Strong commercial litigation experience from a leading Legal 500-ranked or international law firm
- Excellent drafting, analytical and case management skills
- Experience in complex, multi-jurisdictional disputes
- Previous BVI, Cayman Islands or offshore disputes experience would be advantageous, but is not essential.
